1. What’s included in a standard vs. a deep cleaning?

Standard covers general upkeep. Deep cleaning includes hard-to-reach spots and built-up grime removal. We recommend deep cleaning for first-time visits or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a month.

2. Do I need to be present during the service?

Not at all! Many of our clients aren’t home during service. Just provide us with access instructions (hidden key, garage code, keypad, etc.) when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your trust and security are our priority, we’re insured, and all cleaners are background-checked.

3. Should I clean before the cleaners come? or is there anything I need to prep?

We ask that personal items, laundry, toys, and clutter be picked up before we arrive. This allows our cleaners to focus on what we do best...cleaning! If you need tidying services, let us know and we can add it as an upgrade.

4. What’s the cancellation policy or if I need to reschedule?

We totally understand life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee of $70 or 50% of the service cost, depending on the situation.

5. Who are your cleaners?

All of our cleaners are heavily vetted to ensure we only work with high integrity professionals. This makes for a safe and secure experience for all of our clients.

6. How do I pay? When will I get charged?

All payments are made securely online using the credit or debit card you provided during booking. We do not accept cash or direct payments to cleaners. You will not be charged until after the service is provided.
