Standard/Recurring or Deep Cleaning

These cleanings are for lived-in homes where you may be home or not during the visit.

Before we arrive:

• Pick up personal belongings like laundry, toys, or papers so we can clean surfaces more effectively

• Secure pets if you're not home (crate them, or keep them in a separate room)

• Clear dishes from the sink and remove items from counters if you'd like them fully cleaned

• Let us know your priorities (e.g., “extra attention to the shower” or “dust blinds”) we love notes or a quick text

• Provide access instructions (code, key, doorman, garage) if you won’t be home

• Leave a new trash liner out if you'd like us to replace it after taking out the trash

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

These cleanings are for empty homes and involve more detailed work (inside appliances, cabinets, drawers, etc.).

Before we arrive:

• Remove all personal belongings and trash items you don't need, cleaning is much faster when the home is empty

• Ensure power and water are turned on, we’ll need both to complete your cleaning

• Fridge & oven must be emptied, even if we’re cleaning inside, we can't move or discard food

• Cabinets and drawers should be empty, let us know if anything needs to stay or be put in the trash

• Parking access available, if you're in an apartment complex, please make sure we have clear entry
