Terms of Service for TidyDillo Cleaning Services

​BY BOOKING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify this agreement or its policies relating to the services or website at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement.

The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Customer” or “you”) and TidyDillo, a Texas limited liability company (“TidyDillo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Service Estimates and Pricing

  • TidyDillo Cleaning Services does not conduct in-home estimates. Cleaning times and pricing are based on the information you provide about the size and condition of your property.

  • You certify that your booking accurately reflects the actual size and condition of your home.

  • TidyDillo reserves the right to adjust pricing for additional services or unexpected conditions encountered during cleaning. Any adjustments will be discussed with you for approval before proceeding.

  • Only the package selected at the time of booking is guaranteed. Upgrades may be requested but will be subject to availability. If you decline an upgrade that is necessary for service completion, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price (minimum of $70) may apply.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a $70 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service amount.

  • A non-refundable $70 cancellation fee will also apply in cases involving:

    • Insect or rodent infestations.

    • Hoarding conditions (note: TidyDillo does not move boxes, heavy furniture, or work in unsafe conditions).

    • Lack of utilities (electricity, water, air conditioning).

3. Service Quality and Review

  • Clients are encouraged to review the work while the service is being performed and before staff leave the property.

  • If you are unable to be present during the service, you must notify us of any concerns within 24 hours after the cleaning and provide photos. 

  • Claims made after this period or without photo evidence will not be accepted.

  • We do not do refunds or credits.

  • If appropriate, we will schedule a complimentary touch-up for the missed areas within 3 days of the original service. We are not obligated to schedule a complimentary re-clean beyond this timeframe if delays are due to customer unavailability.

4. Online Bookings and Availability

  • For online bookings, you will receive a purchase confirmation.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon cleaner availability in your area.

5. Payments and Keys

  • Payments must not be given directly to cleaners. All payments must be made through the approved payment methods outlined during booking with are credit or debit card used for booking.
  • Cleaners may access your home using a hidden key or electronic keypad code if specified and arranged by the client during booking. Please ensure that clear instructions are provided to facilitate access.

6. Non-Solicitation of providers/Referral Fee​

  • By using our services, you agree not to solicit or hire any Provider you were introduced to through our platform for any cleaning services outside of our platform for a period of twelve (12) months following the Provider’s last service to you through our platform. If you do choose to hire or engage that Provider directly during this twelve-month period, you agree to pay a $2,000 referral fee to Managed by TidyDillo LLC. This fee covers the time and resources we’ve invested in recruiting, vetting, and connecting you with qualified Providers. The fee becomes due immediately upon your direct engagement of the Provider.

7. Access and Safety

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the home is accessible at the scheduled time.

  • If the cleaning crew is unable to access the home due to locked doors, alarms, or other access issues, a lockout fee of $70 may apply.

8. Pet Policy

  • Please inform us if pets will be present during the cleaning. We ask that pets are secured for the safety of both your pets and our team.

  • For the safety of our staff, aggressive pets must be fully secured or removed from the premises during service. If a pet displays aggressive behavior or poses a threat to our team, we reserve the right to stop service and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • TidyDillo is not responsible for cleaning up pet accidents, waste, or excessive pet hair unless discussed and agreed upon as part of the service.

9. Limitations and Exclusions

  • TidyDillo does not clean:

    • Chandeliers, fragile light fixtures, or electronics.

    • Inside areas containing excessive mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials.

    • Outdoor areas (patios, garages, etc.) unless explicitly booked as an add-on.

  • We do not move heavy furniture (over 30 lbs), appliances, or personal belongings to clean underneath.

10. Damage and Breakage

  • If accidental damage occurs during service, it must be reported to us within 24 hours.

  • TidyDillo will evaluate claims and may repair or reimburse at our discretion, up to a maximum value of $250.

  • Items of sentimental or high monetary value should be secured or disclosed prior to cleaning.

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service at any time due to:

    • Disrespectful behavior or harassment toward staff.

    • Unsafe conditions.

    • Non-compliance with our terms.

12. Photographic Documentation

  • TidyDillo may take photos of before and completed work for quality assurance, training and marketing purposes. These photos will never include personal or identifying details unless authorized.

  • By booking service, you agree to allow us to take such photos, unless you opt out in writing.

13. Recurring Cleanings & Skip Policy

  • Recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are scheduled based on consistent frequency. Skipping or rescheduling may result in pricing adjustments or reclassification as a “first-time” or “deep clean” if sufficient time has passed.

  • We reserve the right to reprice services if the home requires significantly more time due to delays between scheduled cleanings.

14. Weather and Emergency Policy

  • In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies that may endanger our team or affect transportation, TidyDillo reserves the right to reschedule services.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the next earliest available date.

15. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to:

    • Declutter floors and surfaces before service (unless tidying is booked as an add-on).

    • Secure valuables and fragile items.

    • Inform us in advance of any sensitive or special surfaces/materials that require specific products or treatment.

16. Right to Use Testimonials

  • By leaving a review or testimonial, you grant TidyDillo permission to use your words (and name, if public) in our marketing materials, social media, and website.

  • You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
